AY accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, cash or checks. You can also set up your bank account for direct debit.
AY is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees.
All classes must be prepaid.
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?
No problem! We have a 2–hour cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 2 hours before the class start time. If you do not cancel 2 hours prior to the start of class, limited members and package holders will forfeit a class and unlimited members will be charged a fee of $10 for every 3rd cancellation within a billing cycle. If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, please contact the studio. We understand life happens so customers may receive a courtesy cancel, when appropriate.

If you need to cancel a booking, you can login to your Momence account online, call/email the studio or use our branded Anchorage Yoga app!
WE ARE SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE CLASS START TIME, YOU WILL LOSE THE CLASS CREDIT.
WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES THAT WORK?
If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist.
To do so, you must purchase a class, package, or membership. If you are on the waitlist and do not get a spot in the class, your account will be credited!
If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.
All classes have a 2-hour cancellation notice, so if you're added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute, be aware the late cancellation policy still applies.
The waitlist closes 2 hours prior to class start time.
If you no longer want a spot in the class, you need to remove yourself from the waitlist more than 2 hours in advance of the class. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.

DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY UNLIMITED OPTION?
We offer an unlimited monthly membership with the Yoga Essential membership. Please login to your account on the website or via the app to view contracts for purchase.
The monthly unlimited auto-renews every month. So the day it expires, your account will automatically purchase you another month under the same terms.
If you’re on the monthly unlimited and no-show for or late cancel a class (under 2-hours notice), you will pay a $10 fee every 3rd time during a billing cycle.
To purchase your unlimited monthly membership, log into your MindBody account, go to Autopays and choose Yoga Essential Membership.

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY UNLIMITED AT ANY POINT AFTER THE INTIAL THREE MONTH COMMITMENT, SIMPLY LOGIN TO YOUR MOMENCE ACCOUNT AND CANCEL THE UPCOMING RENEWAL.
WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE TO CLASS?
We get it; life happens…traffic, meetings run over-life can be complicated! If you are signed up for a class (whether you are an existing customer or are brand new to AY) and are running late, you have a 5-minute window before the start of the scheduled class time to keep your reserved spot.
Please check in at the desk more than 5 minutes before the class start time. If you arrive with less than 5-minutes before class, your spot may be given to a standby student.
To ensure the safety of our clients, we only allow late entry into the room up to 5 minutes after class starts, provided there is a spot available. We require that all new students receive a proper introduction to the instructor and suggest arriving 15-minutes before class begins. Thank you in advance for understanding!

WORKSHOP REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS. IF YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO 3 DAYS OF THE WORKSHOP START DATE, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH ANCHORAGE YOGA. NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS, AND NO CREDITS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE WORKSHOP START DATE. SORRY, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR FAILURE TO ATTEND OR FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE WORKSHOP.
