How do I sign up?
Click here to purchase an introductory month. This will allow you to try all the classes and offerings at AY before becoming a member.
What do I need to bring?
We have everything you need for your first visit: towels, water bottles, filtered water, and mats. Just show up and we’ll do the rest! *We do rent mats after your first visit, however we recommend purchasing your own mat and sweat towel.
I’m a beginner, what class is best for me?
Beginners are welcome at all classes, however Yoga Basics and Bikram are great classes to start with. While most classes are geared toward learning or reviewing proper form Radiant 2, Yoga Sculpt, and Align and Refine are just some examples of classes that assume prior yoga experience.
